The President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, arrived this Sunday, May 15, 2022 in Ankara, for a state visit which should last three days in Turkey at the invitation of the President of the Republic of Turkey, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.
The Head of State, Abdelmadjid Tebboune was greeted upon his arrival at Ankara International Airport by the Vice-President of Turkey, Fuat Oktay, but also important Turkish officials.
As indicated in a press release from the Presidency of the Republic, dated yesterday, Saturday May 14, 2022, during this state visit, President Tebboune will have talks with the President of the Republic of Turkey, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan. These talks will focus on bilateral relations between Algeria and Turkey, and ways to support and strengthen them, in a way that contributes to the realization of the interests of the two brotherly peoples. But also regional and international issues of common interest.
It should be noted that the President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, is accompanied by a large ministerial delegation for this state visit.
